Answers about Logipro: bespoke software, data science, training, road information and support for local authorities.

Helpful principles as you read on: we favour concrete answers, an iterative approach and close collaboration with your business teams. For anything not listed here, the Contact page lists the right people by topic.

Logipro and scope

Where is Logipro located, and do you work outside the region?
Logipro is based in Le Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire, France). We support public and private clients across France with the same standards as locally.
How long has Logipro existed?
Logipro has been designing and publishing software since 1997. That longevity reflects deep domain expertise and the ability to evolve products over time.
What types of organisations do you work with?
We work with companies, local authorities, training organisations and stakeholders in the road and safety sectors. Each project is framed around your constraints and your data.

Bespoke software and websites

What do you mean by “bespoke software” at Logipro?
A solution that fits your processes and your data, not only generic configuration. The approach combines business analysis, modelling, iterations with your teams and incremental deliveries (agile methods).
Do you build websites as well?
Yes: we can design high-performing websites focused on SEO and accessibility, using methods from software engineering (reliability, scalability).
How does a project start with you?
After an initial discussion (needs, constraints, existing systems), we propose a scoping phase: objectives, functional scope, milestones. Then we move to short cycles with regular validation on your side.

Roads, traffic and road safety analytics

What do road information solutions cover?
Inforoute (deployed since 2004) helps inform travellers about traffic and road conditions — especially for departments and metropolitan areas. Simac complements this for incident logs and procedures, with uses beyond roads alone.
Do you work on prediction or crash analytics?
Yes: our data science and AI teams use crash data and road context to model risk and help public bodies prioritise action. Work may lead to scientific publications.
Are road solutions only for large authorities?
Typical use cases involve organisations that manage traveller information at territorial scale; the exact scope depends on your structure. Contact us for a feasibility review.

Training and compliance (QUALIOPI)

What does Logipro offer training organisations?
Tools to manage training end-to-end: for training providers or companies (design, tracking, compliance). CaptainLearning helps structure and document evidence expected under QUALIOPI, without replacing a certification decision by an auditor.
Does CaptainLearning “guarantee” QUALIOPI certification?
No. CaptainLearning supports organisation, linking evidence and tracking requirements. Certification belongs to audits and accredited bodies.
Can you cover initial training and in-house corporate training?
Needs differ whether you are a training organisation or a company; our offers are adapted to your context (learners, employees, pathways). Let’s discuss this in a focused call.

Data science and AI projects

What is a “data science project” at Logipro?
Starting from your data, we explore feasibility for algorithms (prediction, explainability), then a first release with an API where relevant, plus usage recommendations.
What data do I need for a predictive model?
You need usable history; volume depends on the case (from hundreds of incidents to millions of records). In production, access to feeds or regular updates is often required to maintain models.
Do you provide explainability for algorithms?
Yes: transparency is part of our delivery principles (e.g. explanation algorithms) so you can understand factors linked to a prediction, subject to technical feasibility and business context.
