Terms of use and legal notice for the Logipro website.

Terms of use: effective 22/06/2021. Provisions relating to personal data and cookies (Articles 3 and 7) were updated in April 2026 to align with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French “Informatique et libertés” law as in force.

These general terms of use (“GTU”) govern the legal framework for providing the website and services by Logipro and define the conditions for accessing and using the services by the “User”.

The website is freely accessible from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs borne by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are the User’s responsibility.

Article 3 — Personal data and privacy (GDPR)

Logipro processes personal data only in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (“Informatique et libertés”).

Data concerned and purposes

Depending on how you use the website:

  • Browsing “brochure” pages: technical data may be processed to ensure security, correct operation of the online service and audience measurement (e.g. technical logs, session identifiers linked to strictly necessary cookies — see Article 7). These processing activities rely in particular on Logipro’s legitimate interest in securing and maintaining the site, and where required by law on your consent (non-essential cookies).

  • Contact form: information you voluntarily provide (identity, professional contact details, description of your need, etc.) is processed to respond to your request, manage pre-contractual or contractual relations and, where appropriate, customer relations. The legal bases include performance of pre-contractual measures or contract at your request, and legitimate interest for proportionate quality follow-up.

Data are not used for purposes incompatible with these objectives.

Retention period

Data are retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, plus any legal limitation periods applicable to the sector. Data from the contact form are retained for a limited period depending on the nature of the exchange (unless otherwise required by law or archived for evidence).

Recipients

Data are intended for authorised Logipro departments and, where applicable, processors (hosting, technical maintenance, audience tools, etc.) under GDPR-compliant contracts (documented instructions, confidentiality, security). Logipro does not sell your personal data in the absence of a commercial transfer arrangement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interest, within legal limits), and where applicable data portability, as well as the right to give instructions regarding your data after your death (under French law).

To exercise your rights: contact form, attaching any information needed to verify your identity. Logipro responds within a reasonable time and at the latest within one month, unless the request is complex.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, signs and all content on the website (text, images, audio, etc.) are protected under intellectual property law, in particular copyright.

The User must obtain prior authorisation from the site for any reproduction, publication or copying of content. The User undertakes to use website content strictly for private purposes; any commercial or advertising use is prohibited.

Any full or partial representation of this website by any means without the express permission of the site operator constitutes infringement as defined by Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

It is recalled in accordance with Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that any User who reproduces, copies or publishes protected content must cite the author and source.

Information sources on https://www.logipro.com are believed to be reliable but the website does not guarantee that it is free from defects, errors or omissions.

Information is provided for general guidance and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, https://www.logipro.com cannot be held liable for changes in administrative or legal rules after publication. Likewise, the website cannot be held liable for how information on the site is used or interpreted.

The website’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.

Article 7 — Cookies and similar technologies
